    In 2016 a renowned men-only boutique property was placed for sale, and a novice of the hospitality industry intended to purchase it. The intrigued purchaser approached RevPAR Lobby for a pro-forma analysis and pre-acquisition consultation.  The consultation encouraged the purchaser to close on the sale, and subsequently request to implement RevPAR Lobby's Property Management services.

    RevPAR Lobby rebranded the property and Avance Hotel was introduced to all genders and lovers of mid-century boutique hospitality. The property underwent exterior remodeling and interior design. The property quickly established itself as landmark within the renowned Palm Springs leisure market.

    RevPAR Lobby's service standards and visual touch quickly placed Avance Hotel on Trip Advisors list of Excellence Certified properties.

    In 2010 the Movie Colony Hotel faced a number of challenges. First, the overall industry was trying to recover from the great economic recession. The Palm Springs market suffered from reduced market demand and noticeable decline in ADR. Secondly, the hotel was falling behind the market's recovery trend. They were experiencing decreasing gross revenue performance year-over-year, and stayed afloat by simply and manually following the static rate patterns set by their competitive set.
